Booking and Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be made 2 days before the session.

• Bookings are only confirmed upon deposit receipt.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

 • Cancellations made 3+ days before the session forfeit the deposit but incur no extra charges.

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 days prior, subject to availability.

• Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the session may incur additional fees.

Studio Policies

Deliverables

• Edited images are delivered within 3-5 days after the session.

• Additional edits beyond the package may incur extra charges.

• Digital files are provided in JPEG format via online storage.

Copyright and Usage

• Kahel Studio retains copyright of all photographs.

• Clients receive a personal use license for delivered images.

• Images may not be altered or used commercially without written consent.

• Kahel Studio may use selected images for promotions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

 • Kahel Studio is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal items during sessions.

• In case of emergencies or equipment failure, liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding.

Force Majeure

• Kahel Studio is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, power loss or  
    equipment malfunction).

Agreement

• By booking with Kahel Studio, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
